These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Safe Cosmetic Alliance web site and its content and supersede any and all other agreements between us with respect to matters in these Terms and Conditions.

Waiver
No waiver of any provisions in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
